POLICY FOR QUALITY AND SAFETY AT WORK
LA.SE.CS. S.R.L. has always placed the concept of “Quality” at the core of every aspect shaping the corporate strategies defined by Management. Thanks to this approach, the Company has been able to acquire internationally renowned customers across multiple sectors, including home appliances, home automation, automotive, and medical.
The Company’s objective is to understand its customers’ needs and satisfy them by aiming to manufacture excellent, defect-free products, in full compliance with the timelines agreed upon with the customer.
Our Organization—specialized in printing processes such as screen printing, pad printing, technical printing, liquid coating, laser engraving and cutting, and ultrasonic welding—has been operating on the market for many years and has always stood out for the quality of the products supplied, as well as for the reliability and professionalism of its staff.
At the same time, as an integral part of its activities and as a strategic commitment aligned with the Company’s broader objectives, Management undertakes to allocate human, technical, and financial resources in order to ensure and continuously improve workplace health and safety conditions.
Management has therefore deemed it essential to establish, implement, and maintain an Integrated Quality and Safety Management System in compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
Believing that the Integrated Quality and Safety Management System must evolve in line with the Company’s productivity and with the expectations of all interested parties, Management defines the following objectives as the foundation of its corporate policy:
- to provide printing services—including screen printing, pad printing, technical printing, coating, laser engraving and cutting, and ultrasonic welding—based on customer specifications and fully meeting customer needs and expectations;
- to operate in full and continuous compliance with applicable legislation and any additional requirements voluntarily adopted by the Company;
- to always honor commitments undertaken;
- to develop competence and efficiency in business operations;
- to adopt appropriate actions to address risks and opportunities associated with its processes, manage safety-related aspects, compliance obligations, and other contextual factors;
- to coordinate activities with the aim of eliminating hazards and reducing occupational health and safety risks, focusing on prevention and on minimizing potential negative impacts on operators, the environment, and customers;
- to monitor its processes in order to ensure their ongoing effectiveness and efficiency, as well as their optimization;
- to minimize and continuously monitor non-conformities, reducing waste and inefficiencies;
- to select suppliers appropriately and seek continuous collaboration with them;
- to ensure that all employees can work in a suitable environment that complies with current health and safety regulations;
- to provide safe and healthy working conditions with the aim of preventing injuries, accidents, and work-related illnesses;
- to provide employees with the information, training, and instruction necessary to perform their activities effectively;
- to raise employee awareness regarding health and safety issues, based on good engineering practices and compliance with the objectives and requirements set out in the Management System documentation;
- to promote consultation and participation of all employees, including through their representatives, in the process of occupational health and safety risk prevention and in the management of the integrated system;
- to assess investments and modifications to equipment and facilities by considering not only economic and financial aspects but also quality, safety, and the best available technical solutions;
- to take into account the expectations of interested parties and promote initiatives aimed at meeting them;
- to communicate and cooperate with Authorities, Associations, and other interested parties in a clear and transparent manner;
- to involve all personnel in pursuing the objective of maintaining and continuously improving the Quality and Safety Management System.
Assigning value to the principles outlined above by defining concrete and measurable objectives during periodic Management Reviews therefore becomes a fundamental corporate requirement.
In order to pursue this Policy and the improvement objectives defined from time to time, and to ensure the effective operation of the Management System, the maximum commitment and constant participation of all personnel—each within their own area of responsibility—is required, within a framework of continuous improvement.
