General considerations

Personal data are processed using IT tools designed to ensure data security and confidentiality, in compliance with the appropriate security measures required by Article 32 of the GDPR, through secure communication protocols with SSL encryption algorithms. Personal data are processed in accordance with applicable legislation and confidentiality obligations. Best practices include the Italian Data Protection Authority’s guidelines on promotional activities and spam prevention (July 4, 2013), online profiling (March 19, 2015), and automated decision-making and profiling (WP251), pursuant to EU Regulation 2016/679.
