Whistleblowing

LA.SE.CS. srl is committed to operating continuously in an ethical and responsible manner and expects the same conduct from all parties it works with.

What to report

LA.SE.CS. srl strongly encourages directors, supervisory bodies, self-employed workers, freelancers and consultants, volunteers (including unpaid volunteers), and its employees to report any improper, dishonest, or potentially unlawful activity—whether potential, highly likely, or already committed—as well as any behavior that may cause harm or prejudice, including reputational damage, to the company. To this end, LA.SE.CS. srl has implemented specific rules and a whistleblowing process in accordance with Legislative Decree 24/2023, providing potential whistleblowers with secure channels that ensure the confidentiality of their identity and the information contained in the report, as well as protection against any form of retaliation.

What not to report

Reports other than those indicated above will not be processed, and in particular those relating to personal interests, information that is clearly unfounded, information that is already entirely in the public domain, as well as information obtained solely on the basis of rumors or unreliable hearsay (so-called “corridor gossip”).

How to report

LA.SE.CS. srl has set up a secure external digital platform to ensure the confidentiality of the reporting process.

After the report

The whistleblowing process is structured into the following phases:

  • Receipt of reports;
  • Preliminary assessment of admissibility;
  • Conduct of the investigation;
  • Closure of reports.

The REPORTS MANAGER reviews the reports received in order to verify the facts described. The results of the investigation and the proposed preventive/mitigation/penalty measures to be adopted are then submitted to the BOARD OF DIRECTORS / ETHICS COMMITTEE.
